What is the MOQ?
We offer flexible MOQ based on your product type and customization needs:
– In-stock items: MOQ 200 pcs—ideal for quick orders.
– Regular porcelain (out of stock): MOQ 300 pcs.
– Custom logo or pattern: MOQ 500–1,000 pcs, depending on design complexity.
– Custom shape development: MOQ 1,000–2,000 pcs.
– Stoneware products: MOQ 2,000–3,000 pcs due to special materials and firing process.
Mixed designs in one order are possible for certain SKUs. Please contact us for more details or a personalized quote.
How long does production typically take?
– In-stock items: Ready to ship within 3–5 business days.
– Out-of-stock standard products: Production lead time is approximately 30–35 days.
– Customized orders (logo, shape, or pattern): Estimated lead time is 45–60 days, depending on the complexity.

Are your ceramics scratch-resistant and suitable for restaurant use?
Yes. We supply hundreds of restaurant chains in China with a dedicated HoReCa line—trusted for over 10 years, with a 95%+repurchase rate. Our ceramics are chip-resistant,scratch-tough, and built for daily commercial use.
Can your ceramics be used in dishwashers and microwaves?
Yes—all our ceramics are designed for everyday use and are fully dishwasher safe.
They’re also microwave safe and oven safe up to 450°F (232°C).
Do your ceramics comply with safety standards regarding lead and heavy metal content?
All our products are rigorously tested and certified lead-, cadmium-, and heavy metal-free. They fully comply with international food safety standards, including LFGB and FDA regulations.
Can you help arrange customs clearance and freight forwarding?
Yes. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can assist with shipping, documentation, and customs clearance to ensure a smooth delivery process.
